Responsibilities

• Be the direct focal point with customers for MRO shop visit work in ESA.
• Manage/assist in invoicing, account receivables, contract management, logistics, technical, forecasting or any other related matters.
• Manage the administration of Industrial Support and Trade-In part(s), coordinate the processing of the eligible part(s) for the Industrial Support and Trade-In claim with various department and stakeholders.
• Provide accurate, timely status reports and ensure excellent communication with customers on trade in claim progress.
• Provide key support to department\xe2\x80\x99s performance metrics tracking.
• Support the company\xe2\x80\x99s annual price escalation exercise and system updates for valid contracts.
• Administer the department\xe2\x80\x99s Customer/Visitor process.
• Raise department purchase requisitions such as Request for quotation, Purchase Requisite and Purchase Order
• Manage office supplies and inventory including corporate gifts, PPE for visitors.
• Support data entry administration and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any relevant disciplines with minimum 3 years of experience in customer support role.
• Strong knowledge and key user experience in the SAP system is a plus.
• Strong process and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong adaptability skills in managing surges in customer demands.
• Good analytical skill and attention to details.
• Meticulous and process oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Proficient in the use of a variety of computer databases and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Strong team player to support department goals.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment.
