Job Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Inbound call handling for Accounts servicing, campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries\xcd\xbe\xc2\xb7 Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers;\xc2\xb7 Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers\xe2\x80\x99 informationJob Requirements\xc2\xb7 Minimum of ITE, \'O\' levels\xc2\xb7 Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Possess a positive mindset with a \xe2\x80\x9cCAN-DO\xe2\x80\x9d attitude a and passion to deliver quality customer service.\xc2\xb7 Possess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills and work etiquette.\xc2\xb7 Possess good command of written and spoken English.\xc2\xb7 Good analytical skills; passion for working and is good in working with numbers.\xc2\xb7 Resourceful, proactive, results-driven, attentive to details and a good team player who likes to work in a fast-paced changing environment.\xc2\xb7 Passion for working, responsible and with good working attitude.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work on staggered/rotational shifts to support Contact Centre service operations & should be able to perform any adhoc duties.
