Customer Support Officer

Job Description
We are based in Singapore and have been established since 2011. We specialize in the sale of cabin and galley items for vessels/ships, including crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, brushes, mats, paper towels and dispensers, as well as cleaning materials and chemicals.
- Respond to daily requests for quotes by preparing and submitting prices for customers in a timely manner
- Monitor Purchase Order and ensure correct pricing before submitting to fulfillment team
- Provide good customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
- Support administrative tasks, such as invoicing
- Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage daily workload
- Adhoc duties as assigned by Manager
- Location: 22 Tuas Avenue 8 Singapore 639237 (Tuas Crescent MRT)
