Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales team in interaction with customer/forwarders.
  • Act as primary contact window for all customer related issues(order processing, pull in/push out, sample request, timely dispatch, etc.)
  • Generate sales orders and monitor all order activity (preparing shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, etc)
  • Knowledge in Incoterms will be added advantage.

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Pre-U/A level/Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
