What You'll Be Doing:DELIGHTED OR DELIGHTED CUSTOMER SERVICEI play an active role in defining the future directions of the online customer journey.

  • I am responsible for all digital interactions for Decathlon.au, either via calls, email, live chat, and other channels
  • I assist customers with product selection, answer basic questions, and suggest various available product options.
  • I assist customers with services on offer and decathlon policies for both online and in-store experiences.
  • I guide customers through the website and simply explain how to proceed through any sticking points.
  • I ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution.
  • I understand and use a variety of Decathlon systems to respond to customer requests and resolve issues.
  • I ensure to update our trackers and internal database (from all channels) with complete information about issues and useful discussions and maintain reports on customer inquiries, responses, and feedback to develop customer service analytics and trends
  • I promote the 'spirit of service' in the organization through all communication and interactions
  • I develop and maintain the company image and our 'Delighted or Delighted' philosophy with customers
  • I use a common tone of voice that is maintained across all platforms
  • I ensure to develop and maintain an in-depth product, services, and processes knowledge by attending various training initiated by the management team
  • I ensure to work on ad hoc tasks including leading the team/captain of the day in terms of ticket distribution, sending daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports, fulfillment help, and being where I am needed
