Roles & Responsibilities

Two App Studio Pte. Ltd. is a start-up company based in Singapore. We develop popular in-house app titles such as Journey and JotterPad. The apps have garnered over millions of total app installs, among the top grossing apps in Singapore (#10 in Lifestyle, #135 in All Applications) and United States (#230 in All Applications, #12 in Lifestyle category) and received awards & recognitions such as the Google Play Editors\' Choice 2020 and Apple\'s "App of the Day". Two App Studio is also part of the Google Play and Apple\'s partner. The company also collaborated with companies such as Sephora Digital South East Asia (SEA) Pte Ltd and HSL Constructor Pte Ltd for International Water Week.

As a technology startup company, working in Two App Studio can be challenging yet rewarding. We require the candidate to be independent, creative and critical thinkers.



Serves as end-to-end point of contact for customer base. Receives and processes customer service inquiries and problems via appropriate virtual channels. Records account activity, troubleshoots customer concerns. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle customer enquiries and troubleshooting
  • Oversee admin operation
  • Update/manage knowledge base system
  • File program bugs
  • Ad hoc duties such as filing of invoices
  • Working hours: 9am to 6pm
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong Keyboarding Skills WPM
  • Professional email communication skills
  • Proficient in written English
  • Good pass in O/A\'Level English
  • Minimum Diploma holder
