Basic knowledge of applying ATA Carnet Application - SICC. Managing ALL Customs related emails Key personnel to liaise with the respective stakeholders for ALL customs enquiries. Managing ALL Customs discrepancies and offences in the Master List. Creation, updating, closure Managing Export Subsidiary Certificate. - Creation, Billing, answer enquiries. Customs Formalities - Covering all types of Permit Procedures Customs Vendor Performance Management. Non- Compliance Handling - Monthly KPI Meeting. Manage and improve on Customs related matters and issues. Communicate to Company relevant staff on Singapore Customs and Competent Authorities updated circulars. Managing of brokerage file creation. Internal Customs Training for existing and new hire. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in Trade Compliance (Air/Sea/Road) Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good Knowledge on Harmonized System, (HS) Classification of Goods (AHTN) Good foundation on Customs Procedures & Formalities Familiar with Customs Rules of Origin, Strategic control, Sanction.
