About the role The incumbent is required to support the Customs Compliance CITES operations ensuring KPI, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction are met What you will be doing

• Good knowledge for COO Application \xe2\x80\x93 Ordinary CO under Chamber of Commerce.
• Basic knowledge of applying ATA Carnet Application \xe2\x80\x93 SICC.
• Managing ALL Customs related emails \xe2\x80\x93 Sin.CCS@bollore.com.
• Key personnel to liaise with the respective stakeholders for ALL customs enquiries.
• Managing ALL Customs discrepancies and offences in the Master List. Creation, updating, closure
• Managing Bollore IFF Export Subsidiary Certificate. \xe2\x80\x93 Creation, Billing, answer enquiries.
• Customs Formalities \xe2\x80\x93 Covering all types of Permit Procedures
• Customs Vendor Performance Management.
• Non- Compliance Handling \xe2\x80\x93 Monthly KPI Meeting.
• Manage and improve on Customs related matters and issues.
• Communicate to all Bollore relevant staff on Singapore Customs and Competent Authorities updated circulars.
• Managing of brokerage file creation.
• Internal Customs Training for existing and new hire.

• Diploma holder
• Minimum 03 to 04 years\' experience in Trade Compliance (Air/Sea/Road)
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Knowledge on Harmonised System, (HS) Classification of Goods (AHTN)
• Good foundation on Customs Procedures & Formalities
• Familiar with Customs Rules of Origin, Strategic control, Sanction.
• Familiar with Freight Forwarding Air/Sea/Land Import/Export Documentations
• Familiar with Various Competent Agencies Standard Requirements e.g NEA, AVA, HSA, CNB, , PCD,STGC, SCDF is a bonus point
• Meticulous and eye for detail
