Assist Regional Head with setting and leading growth plan for Asia, driving client development initiatives and strategy.
Engage with potential clients through internal connections/referrals or external networking; third party referrals; strategic marketing channels and direct client outreach initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Geography and Specialty leadership across sub-regions to agree growth priorities and implement effective and tailored client growth and development strategies.
Collaborate closely with account executives and specialty broking colleagues across Asia Geographies to harness strategic business development opportunities.
Travel across sub-regions to build rapport with countries; support their growth initiatives and client development and outreach plans.
Cultivate a Cyber \xe2\x80\x98Centre of Excellence\xe2\x80\x99 across Asia utilizing Singapore as a hub; create visibility of \xe2\x80\x98WTW FINEX Cyber\xe2\x80\x99 as a trusted advisor by publishing posts, participating in industry conferences and fostering industry relationships.
Help maintain staff competence by ensuring that staff skills or knowledge gaps are met with appropriate training and development in information security principles and how these align risk management matrices.
Insurer relationships: Support and build strong relationships with underwriters/insurers.
Support Head of Cyber in three core pillars of WTW FINEX\xe2\x80\x99s Asia Cyber practice: education (internal stakeholders and external clients), solutions (tailoring cyber solutions to the client; \xe2\x80\x98listen and learn\xe2\x80\x99 approach), execution (delivering outcomes; increasing YoY market share of Cyber market in Asia).
The Requirements
Preferably educated to a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or suitable equivalent
Preferably with professional qualifications, e.g. ACII or similar country equivalent
Preferably with IT networking or information security background or experience
Relevant industry experience within Cyber and Technology risk; experience in Financial Lines are welcome.
Proven track record of delivering new business against sales targets.
Proven track record of delivering a high-level client service.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence within a matrix environment.
Confident to take ownership of projects, initiatives and oversee execution of strategy.
Strong organizational and workstream management skills
