Responsibilities:

Design, Build and Maintain Consumer Banking SG Datamart


Design, build, and maintain the Consumer Banking SG datamart to ensure data accuracy, availability, and consistency. Document data catalog for easy reference. Be able to perform process optimization and automation, datamart architecture design.

Data Analysis and Insight Generation


Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to support business insights and decision-making. Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to support strategic initiatives. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track performance metrics and business outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide analytical support.

Management Reporting and Dashboarding


Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Prepare management reports that highlight performance trends and business outcomes.

Decision Support and Business Collaboration


Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions. Assist in building data-driven business cases to support strategic initiatives. Support decision-making by translating data findings into practical recommendations. Contribute to the development and improvement of data processes and reporting frameworks.

Innovation and Best Practices


Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the banking and wealth management sectors to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics or related field; Master's degree preferred 3+ years of data analytics experience Proven expertise in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Relevant Work Experience


Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Consumer Business area Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry compliance standards in the banking sector is preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Competencies/Skills


Proficient in SAS, SQL, Python, R Programming and MS Excel Proficient in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau) Must be able to solve problem quickly and efficiently * Strong analytical and communication skills
