Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Operations:
Monitor servers, networks, power, HVAC, and security systems. Respond to alerts, escalate as needed, and maintain SLA compliance.Hardware Management:
Conduct physical inspections, audits, and support equipment installation, relocation, and decommissioning.Incident Response:
Perform first-level troubleshooting, log and escalate incidents, and coordinate with engineering and vendor teams for resolution.Maintenance & Housekeeping:
Execute preventive maintenance, system reboots, and backups; ensure a clean, safe, and controlled environment.Access & Security:
Enforce access control policies, verify identities, escort visitors/vendors, and maintain accurate access logs.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain asset inventories, update incident and change logs, and prepare operational/compliance reports.Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or equivalent in a technical field.Experience:
1-3 years inData Centre Operations.
.Skills:
Strong operational discipline, basic infrastructure knowledge (servers, networks, HVAC, power), and attention to detail.Soft Skills:
Effective communication, teamwork, and ability to work rotating shifts.Additional Information
