:

• Fully own SeaTalk’s data lifecycle, executing a staged development process to define, design, and build data applications/features/tools.
• Lead construction of data products, including but not limited to event tracking, analyses and reports, underlying database table designs, internal and external data capabilities, and platform and architecture iteration.
• End-to-end co-ownership of the SeaTalk product and its roadmap, from product planning to execution across the product development lifecycle (i.e. conceptualise, design, test, forecast, promote, and support).
• Develop, execute, and align SeaTalk’s vision, strategy and roadmap by gathering and analysing business intelligence.
• Drive product requirements gathering and data analysis, feature prioritisation and planning, solution design and implementation, and go-to-market strategy.
• Engage key stakeholders (i.e. Developers, Designers, Project Managers, Technical, and Marketing Teams) and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure that strategic goals, timeline, and objectives of products are met.
• Conduct research, testing, market analysis, and data insights to make informed strategic decisions, develop creative solutions and resolve risks.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the market based on customer insights for ideas and development of SeaTalk new features.
• Deliver high quality data requirement documents and product requirement documents.

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, information systems, computer science, technology, or equivalent professional experience will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in SQL and data wrangling is required.
• Hands-on experience with data-driven projects and data analysis is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, able to deep dive to resolve issues where required.
• Experience in product management, product owner, business process modelling and improvement, or delivering enterprise-level products is a plus.
• Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of initiative.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to collaborate with and align various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (required) for cross border collaborations and communications.
• Strong analytical, quantitative reasoning and logical thinking skills.
• Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills.
• Open-minded, resourceful and able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in instant messaging platform or enterprise software, SaaS Software or open platform product is a plus.
