Job Description


The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service.   • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics or equivalent commercial experience in Linguistics, Human Computer Interaction, AI, NLP, etc.
  • Proven experience 2+ years as a Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on internal applications and workforce management solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer service business workflows, agent workforce management processes
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make data-driven product decisionsHands-on involvement in product development cycle from requirements gathering to engineering/QA to actual release and post release performance/scalability monitoring
  • Experience in UI/UX design principles and usability best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Extremely data-obsessed, and execution focused
  • Deep understanding and strong interest in the data products and e-commerce business
  • Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and writing skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from China
