Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily maintain data in compliance with data rules defined by the business owner / data owner.
- Alert Data owner on the ambiguous situation
- Manage data quality based on related KPI
- Manage and support business user’s request.
- Support in Data Clean up for the deployment of CW1 in other countries.
- To Train the new user on the usage of Moira system.
- To validate the newly created data by Sales / CS in Mora
- To troubleshoot any issues
- Other ad-hoc tasks (if any)
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Experience in freight forwarding with air / sea freight would be added advantages.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and a good team player
- Proficient in Ms Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Marco will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently
