  • Analyze and determine proper course of action of all incoming debit and credit card requests through the CSP work queue, departmental mailbox and other workbenches within our agreed upon Service Level Agreement
  • Ensure cardholders and merchants are paid accurately and timely
  • Strive for 100% error free processing of all financial adjustments as well as follow all company procedures and guidelines
  • Operate a broad range of internal and external system applications and be able to interpret the information gathered to resolve customers’ inquiries
  • Interact with various department and/or external clients to research and resolve merchant issues in timely manner
  • Work with counterparts in migrating new processes to the department and provide training and support to colleagues
  • Escalate problems in accordance with established policy procedures and protocols
  • Ensure that fraudulent transactions are identified and escalated to control and minimize risk to the company
  • Assist other departments in understanding debit card payment processing applications and procedures
  • Responsible for achieving targets in all key performance indicators, development and success factors
  • Recommend and implement process opportunities for increased departmental efficiency
  • Perform other operational duties and responsibilities as assigned
