The Sales Compensation Operations Analyst at Splunk is responsible for managing day to day operational implementation and support of Sales Compensation for the GTM organization. The role will work cross-functionally with several organizations (including Sales leadership, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, Legal), with the primary objective of supporting sales with mentorship on sales compensation plans and policies. The Sales Compensation Operations Analyst acts as the subject matter expert on opportunity data and crediting at the transaction level in support the sales commission process. The ideal candidate will be highly data driven, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision. In addition, the Sales Compensation Operations Analyst will play a key role in the fiscal year compensation planning process to ensure that plans and processes are in alignment with corporate and regional strategies and initiatives.
