Delivery Manager – Telco
Job Description
Experience in software and telecom industry, with experience in Telco domain. Proven track record delivering projects in Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), SDN, 5G, OSS/BSS, or Cloud-Native Network Functions. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification. Strong understanding of software development life cycle, Agile delivery, and Telco-grade deployment models. Hands-on experience with ALM tools (JIRA, ADO, Rally, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multi-geo, offshore delivery models for global Telco customers. Sound understanding of commercial management, including resource planning, budgeting, and P&L ownership. Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic Telco environment. Experience collaborating with OEM vendors, network equipment providers, and Telco cloud partners. * Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities.
