Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to conduct monthly pre-S&OP at SKU level across few business and ensure supply sufficiency, right inventory at right quantity, time and cost.

What Will You Do

• To conduct monthly pre-S&OP at SKU level across few business - Singapore, Malaysia, Agency, International (business group to be re-assigned base on progress / workload).
• To be diligent on demand analytics and analytics with common sense and ability to influence sales & marketing base on analytics.
• To ensure supply sufficiency, right inventory at right quantity, time and cost.
• Inventory management - aging, slow moving, obsolete, new launch, promotion .
• To be an effective communicator and team player to work cross-functionally - lateral and horizontal.
• To possess good planning logic and contribute the what-how.
• To be able to adopt changes easily and contribute progressive planning process improvement plan.
• To conduct historical analysis to provide insights into future forecast.
• To collaborate with sales & marketing team to gather quantitative and qualitative forecast, new product launches, promotional plan.
• To manage and maintain the effectiveness of the statistical forecast by adjusting/cleansing historical demand and determining appropriate levels of aggregation for calculating the statistical forecast.
• To report and analyze forecast performance metrics to measure forecast accuracy, assess forecast bias, and identify the root cause analysis to forecast variance.
• To drive and plan replenishment with production planners to ensure supply meets demand, ensure supply sufficiency at SKU level.
• To validate demand requirements, perform risk assessments, and monitor performance against demand plans.
• To analyze sales trends based on business activity to improve in accuracy, inventory, and service levels.
• To monitor and report slowing moving products and obsolete inventories and planning/executing strategies and interventions to mitigate the risks.
• To work collaboratively across business functions including production planner, logistics, finance, sales & marketing and etc.

What Do We Want

• Must have at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administrative or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply and Demand planning, forecasting, or analysis.
• Must have S&OP Exposure.
• Have strong knowledge in Supply Chain and Material Management Systems in a production environment.
• Have knowledge in Material Planning is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
