Setting up of machine and equipment. Performing checks, assembling and packaging of goods. Assist to troubleshoot issues related to machineries and equipment under his care. Supervise, coach, and mentor line cooks, commis, and kitchen assistants, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Ensure all food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures are strictly followed. Monitor inventory, minimise food wastage, and assist in monthly stock checks. Support the Junior Sous chef in kitchen operations and menu preparation. Suggest and implement improvements across workstations to enhance efficiency, quality, and team development.
