Training advisory. Formulate methodology to help workers understand their skills profiles and training needs. Coordinate roll out of advisory services to support jobseekers seeking training.
Develop partnerships with training ecosystem to forge long partnerships with CETs and IHLs.
Negotiate and oversee grant schemes to enable training, placements and job design.
Strategize synergistic value capture among various programs.
Program data ownership and visualization. Lead teams to better use training and grants data for better solution creation and public/stakeholder messaging.
Explore ways to better track and management reporting of training and grant data.
Requirements:
Management and supervisory experience.
Strong planning and organisational abilities, oversee multiple projects and take on a leadership role within formal and informal teams.
Strong synthesis and lateral thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network and work across boundaries to foster greater collaboration.
Good understanding of CET ecosystem.
Able to negotiate well with various stakeholders at multiple levels.
Be highly self-motivated and resilient.
