- To lead conceptualize and lead programs to enhance employability of workers.
- Training advisory. Formulate methodology to help workers understand their skills profiles and training needs. Coordinate roll out of advisory services to support jobseekers seeking training.
- Develop partnerships with training ecosystem to forge long partnerships with CETs and IHLs.
- Negotiate and oversee grant schemes to enable training, placements and job design.
- Strategize synergistic value capture among various programs.
- Program data ownership and visualization. Lead teams to better use training and grants data for better solution creation and public/stakeholder messaging.
- Explore ways to better track and management reporting of training and grant data.
- Management and supervisory experience.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities, oversee multiple projects and take on a leadership role within formal and informal teams.
- Strong synthesis and lateral thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network and work across boundaries to foster greater collaboration.
- Good understanding of CET ecosystem.
- Able to negotiate well with various stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Be highly self-motivated and resilient.
