• Deep knowledge in gaming industry and GRC tools.
• Good understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance and Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience around IT governance, information security and information governance.
• Ability to look at the big picture and visualize a mid and long-term Digital Governance, Quality Assurance and DevOps strategy to support the business
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate team.
• AWS Certified DevOps, ITIL, CISM, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Strong relationship builder to develop solid connections with C-level and senior business leaders.

What you'll be doing on the job

Key Responsibilities:

People Management:

• Build long-term working relationships across departments / sections and promote cross team collaboration
• Oversee the employee management process for the team (e.g. staffing decisions, coaching, development, evaluation)
• Manage, coach and mentor the team and support an environment in which all personnel can develop and apply their skills to meet individual and department goals
• Set performance targets and evaluate delivery against targets. Counsel staff in career / performance development
• Enforce / ensure corporate and department standards, policies, and guidelines within the team

Strategic Management:

• Develop overall strategy for DevOps, Quality Assurance and Digital Governance
• Drive the roadmap and architecture design for DevOps and Quality Assurance
• Actively monitors new and emerging technologies, trends, practices, and solutions and assess their applicability to business initiatives and strategies
• Manage overall governance, risk management and compliance
• Establish and maintain certifications such as ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System, WLA: 2012 Security Controls Standard, SS564 Green Data Centres and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Review international standards and regulatory changes and amend IT policy and procedures where necessary
• Communicate risk management methodology, policies and identified risks with the rest of the functions.

Operations Management:

• Own and ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of DevOps tools.
• Improve the stack of tools and systems for managing, monitoring and configuring the CI/CD pipeline
• Provide business guidance related to Corporate Quality Management, Information Security Information System, IT infrastructure and architecture standards to ensure effective input and decision-making pertaining to Corporate and IT policies, standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures.
• Plan and oversee unit's overall budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Support the implementation of new IT policy and procedures through engagement of business and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to review the overall effectiveness and efficiency with which ISMS is managed.
• Facilitate and manage overall IT audit planning and coordination for both internal and external audits.
• Ensure effective implementation and use of corporate quality management systems and IT controls and processes in Singapore Pools.
