• Responsible for fund raising and financing activities, investor relations and public relations, as well as investment activities. Mainly along three major areas: a. Bank financing, credit terms (short-term, long-term and other debts) b. Investor Relations (IR) including equity investment financing (funds, VCs, family offices, etc.), relationship establishment/maintenance; Public Relations (PR); c. Investment: Identify and recommend and invest funds according to reasonable risk adjusted return.
• Manage all matters related to banks, including (but not limited to) the daily operations and establishment of external relations with the bank.
• Continuously establish and maintain various financing channels, including but not limited to governments, banks, financial institutions, various funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Optimize the group\'s capital structure, maintain a reasonable leverage ratio, coordinate with the management of cash flow balance, supervision and management of the terms of credit/debt governance.
• Maintain an effective policy and procedure to effectively control and manage the use of available funds.
• Advise senior management personnel on leverage, liquidity and investment opportunities.

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, business administration and other related majors, with 10-15 years of experience in investment bank / established financial institutions.
• 8-10 years of in the leadership position with investment banking, preferably with exposure to maritime and commodity related industries.
• CFA holders additional advantage.
• Demonstrable track record on fund raising, trade financing and relevant deal lists.
• Possess the skills and experience of excellent communication and interaction with all levels of management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Having experience in working in different time zones around the world, working knowledge in China market will be an added advantage.
