Responsibilities:
- Supports the Head of Business Development to grow the natural gas, power, renewables and utilities business
- Identify new business opportunities as well as develop pipeline of projects in the energy business in both Singapore and overseas
- Actively explore parterships and new ventures for development
- Develop greenfield projects, brownfield projects and M&A projects, including performing technical evaluation, financial evaluation and make recommendations on potential projects in Singapore and overseas markets
- Support Power & Renewables in deals execution, including financial analysis, modelling, commercial structuring, bid preparation, financing and documentation
- Gather market intelligence / research, track comparable transactions for market knowledge / insights
- Degree in Business, Economics or any Engineering discipline
- Good knowledge of the energy business including natural gas, power, renewables and utilities market
- Willing to travel frequently on short notice
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a good team player
