One of our Japanese clients, who is operating wide business in heavy industry at Asia Pacific, looking for Deputy Manager in Service Support Team.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESYou will be responsible with followings,- All commercial activities, required to upkeep the business transactions and necessary for smooth execution of business- Developing client base and help in business development in spares. Projects and supervisory services- Bridging the project team and Japan HQ or other group companies, vendors and clients by communication / translation and discussion by both Japanese and English1\xef\xbc\x8eOversee and manage commercial activities of Service Support Group, in order have seamless business transactions for supply of spares, providing services etc
2\xef\xbc\x8eWork with banks, insurance, logistics companies and tax consultants to understand and cater to the needs of projects
3\xef\xbc\x8eLiaise with Japan HQ and other group companies to discuss the requirement, review prices, negotiate and discuss other strategies for pricing, sales terms & conditions, etc
4\xef\xbc\x8eTake part in business development activities such as organizing the sales call, preparing service menu, discussing with clients and follow up
5\xef\xbc\x8eResponsible for setting up work procedures and workflows within the business unit to increase efficiency and productivity of service businessJOB REQUIREMENTS
\xe2\x97\x8f Business level proficiency in Japanese language both verbal and written in order to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders using Japanese\xe2\x97\x8f At least 3 years of experience in working with Japanese organization\xe2\x97\x8f At least 3 years of experience in an international / local manufacturer, engineering, construction or trading company\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in commercial side of the business\xe2\x97\x8f Able to go for overseas business tripFrequency: To Brunei, Malaysia, India and Russia - Once in 2 months, 2-4 days trip (Destination depends on the projects)To Japan or Middle East - Once in 6 months, 6-8 days tripRequirements listed below are better to have,
\xe2\x97\x8f General understanding for overseas construction project (Contract T&C, Taxation, Negotiation, EPC costing etc)\xe2\x97\x8f Fair knowledge of chemical plants and its constructionOTHER INFORMATIONS
