Desktop Engineer - Team Lead & RequirementsKey Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of IT desktop engineers to provide timely day-to-day IT desktop support, advices, guidance and problem diagnosis. Assignment of incident tickets and ensure timely resolution to meet Service Levels. Manage day-to-day work activities of the team, including timelines, expected customer experience, and prioritising work and service requests Perform administration/maintenance and works toward continuous optimization of systems performance. Experiences with M365, Azure and MDM Intune is preferred. Involved in IT project implementation and migration Preparation and presentation of monthly reports.Requirement . Min Higher Nitec qualification At least 5 years of IT Desktop support with min 1 year as a Team leader Technical knowledge of MS Wins OS, M365, MS Azure, Intune, basic network, printers/desktops/laptops/mobile devices support Microsoft Domain Management, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory Services (AD)Salary: $3600 ~ $4200Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable)Location: HarbourfrontCommencement: ImmediateJob Types: Full-time, Contract
