职位描述
1、Provide desktop/laptop support, including but not limited to Software/Hardware issue and reinstallation OS. Also participate in information security operation. 2、Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the network and weak current system in the office, including switch and firewall configuration and tuning. 3、Regularly assist each studio in IT matters for on-boarding/off-boarding staff, including computer preparation for new employees and computer recycling after employees leave. 4、Assist each studio with computer hardware upgrades or replacements. 5、Responsible for the maintenance of printer and conference equipment, provide conference support as request. 6、Communicate with studios regularly, understand and collect their actual IT requirement. 7、Responsible for the daily IT assets management and annual stock taking. 8、IT device operation and maintenance, including but not limited to NAS, firewall, switch, router, AP configuration and tuning. 9、Daily IT issue recording, technical document writing and sharing with team members. 职位要求
1、Computer science or other related major. 2、At least 2 years working experiences in IT or Internet areas. 3、Master of computer hardware installation, troubleshooting and maintenance. 4、Master of Windows command, strong troubleshooting skill in Windows OS. 5、Good sense of customer service, responsibility, and execution. 6、Strong sense of initiatives, cooperation and teamwork. 7、Familiar with Linux scripting or Windows PowerShell, and use scripting to achieve some automation in daily support 8、Master of English, good at Chinese, able to communicate with local team and China team fluently. 9、Experience in construction and maintenance of weak current projects is preferred.
