Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled

Desktop Support Technician

in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

PC/desktop setup

,

Active Directory

, and

Group Policy Management

, along with strong troubleshooting skills to support end users in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:



Set up and configure PCs, desktops, and laptops for new and existing employees Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in

Active Directory

Configure, apply, and troubleshoot

Group Policies

(GPOs) for users and devices Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP) Maintain IT inventory, document solutions, and update support tickets Collaborate with remote support teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting Ensure timely and professional resolution of all IT support requests

Requirements:



Proven experience in desktop support or IT support roles Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking Hands-on experience with

Active Directory

&

Group Policy Management

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Must currently reside in Singapore
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
