Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage engine MRO operations and supervise a group of service engineers and technicians.
- The product line includes the LEAP and CFM56 narrow body aircraft engines.
- Promote operational excellence to fulfil operational demands for timely delivery of engines and contractual TAT, productivity hit-ratio KPIs, and quality and safety compliance.
- Lead initiatives for Digitalization and Automation as well as Continuous Improvement to cut costs and increase productivity.
- Coordinate with multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Support, Materials, and Engineering, to communicate with customers and ensure their satisfaction with all engine maintenance programmes.
- Ensure adherence to the quality requirements and guidelines established by the authorities in charge of airworthiness and engine OEMs.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Avionics / Electronics Engineering.
- Production Support Experience in MRO Operations.
- Exposure to New Capabilities will be an added advantage

- Comfortable with deskbound / Office setup
- Able to read and develop CMMS
- Professional development
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Reading and Developing of CMMS: 2 years (Preferred)
- Aeronautical: 2 years (Preferred)
- New Capabilities: 1 year (Preferred)

- Production Support in MRO Operations: 2 years (Preferred)
