Responsible for the strategic design and optimised delivery of innovative restaurant technology aimed at improving the CX and operational efficiencies
Rigorously manage estimates, forecasts, and actuals related to budgets and benefits realizations.
Establish operational rigor, metrics, reviews and rhythms to ensure system performance, availability, business continuity, and end user satisfaction.
Proactively collaborate and co-innovate with customers and suppliers to drive owner satisfaction and competitive differentiation.
Establish strategic supplier relationships, effective contractual negotiations, co-innovation roadmaps, exceptional service level agreements and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Coach and lead direct reports; specifically leaders of digital technology and restaurant technology. Providing them with a clear strategy, structure and culture to deliver Taco Bell International’s ambitious Digital and Technology plans in the region.
