Responsibilities
This is an exciting role leading a team where you will lead and drive the HR Business Partnering agenda for the Digital / Tech organisation. This is a highly strategic role where you will directly partner senior business leaders to shape the people strategy. As trusted partner, coach, challenge, support, you and your team will provide HR expertise and insights to leaders to develop talent strategy, strengthen performance, culture, capability building and employee engagement to achieve enterprise agility.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR Business Partnering Lead roles successfully supporting business growth and transformations in large complex organisations with strong Digital / Technology focus. You will have developed best-in-class HR Business Partnering teams, and is seen as a thought leader in the shaping of the workforce of the future. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
