The Digital Health team in Danone is part of the Precision Nutrition D-Lab. We develop digital health initiatives for Danone to Impact health locally and contribute to value creation for people and business via digital technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will have to lead ideation sessions with Country Business Units and categories (Pediatric and Adult) to understand consumer/patients/HCPs pain points and challenges to select valuable and relevant concepts that can deliver health and business impact

• You will be responsible for digital health project strategy, timelines, budget and project quality
• You will need to partner with external stakeholders
• You will need to support competitive intelligence for digital health topics globally
• You will be responsible to create and deliver science-based digital solutions, designed to bring added value to Specialized Nutrition innovations:

• To generate business impact by bringing value to our key local/global brands as additional services
• To generate health impact by gathering scientific evidence
• To answer our consumers/patients/HCPs needs
• You will have to engage both global (central corporate functions) and local (countries) stakeholders across several business functions
• You will be responsible for digital products activations from our D-Lab portfolio in key countries

• You will combine a technical approach (such as phasing and structuring of the project, target setting in terms of time, money and specifications) with a more social approach (leading and organizing people, enable decision making, internal/external stakeholder management)
• You will manage business development for the team and set a record process to setup the best strategies and for regular updates in our team meetings and other relevant forums
• You will be responsible for the internal/external communication of our key successes

• You will work with internal and external parties or tools to make sure our successes are celebrated and shared in relevant forums or public news

To be successful in this role, you will need\xe2\x80\xa6

The following technical skills and experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a digital health project manager, with proven track record in leading complex digital health projects:
- Previous experience working on digital health topics for the Adult category
- Familiar with Agile project management methodology
- Experience in digital technologies and devices (including medical devices)
- Experience with APIs and digital health tools interoperability
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
- UX/UI design capabilities
- Design thinking experience
- Experience in translating business challenge into digital tools
- Strong communication and stakeholders\' management skills
- Knowledge about Danone business and key Specialized Nutrition brands and strategy
- Experience in managing cross-functional innovative projects
