The Position
Digital Innovation Lead
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Country Manager, Singapore, the Digital Innovation Lead is responsible to drive overall digital innovation vision and strategy in Singapore, for Roche Diagnostics to become the prominent & trusted partner in digital diagnostics.
You are the custodian of Roche Diagnostics digital products.
In this role, you will
Strategise by working closely with Customer Area teams to co-formulate local strategies based on customer needs to provide digital solutions to value add offerings from our diagnostics products.- Seek opportunities to collaborate and partner with external key stakeholders to add value to the Singapore healthcare ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally & across geographies internally as OneRoche to learn best practices in other Roche organisations, to unlock the potential of digital innovation to enhance local customers’ experience and Roche’s offerings.
- Identify and engage external digital stakeholders locally to assimilate digital adoption.
Bachelors or Masters in Business, Information Technology or Science disciplines- Background or prior experience in the healthcare industry highly preferred.
- 3-5 years in strategic management role in the area of healthcare or digital innovation.
You will be expected to demonstrate customer-centricity and able to apply this approach to everything you do. Bringing agility to motivate the squad members working towards shared goals.
