Cellebrite Advanced Services, Digital Intelligence Specialist (Singapore)

Location: Singapore

Reporting to: APAC Team Leader

As part of Cellebrite Advanced Services in Singapore, the Digital Intelligence Specialist (DIS) provides expert support to our customers by performing specialized digital forensic and investigation services within the Singapore Cellebrite Advanced Services lab.

Responsibilities & Scope of Role:

• Provide excellent customer experience engaging with internal & external customers
• Operate specialized Cellebrite systems to perform digital forensic work on mobile and computer devices
• Ensure all forensic activities are completed to an extremely high standard
• Work to standard operating procedures in line with ISO 17025 accreditation
• Prepare detailed reports and Criminal statements to support investigations
• Record lab activity in case management system in real-time
• Deliver feedback to the lab management for quality process improvement
• Respond to customer incidents and enquiries
• Travel to customer sites and corporate events
• Attend global conference and meeting periodically

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in technology related field
• Several years (2 to 5 years) of experience in digital forensics- Preffered
• Experience in electronics or software quality testing is a plus
• Past law enforcement experience is a plus

Skills/Knowledge:

• Understand mobile phone technology, mobile OS basics
• Basic understanding of how Linux & Windows OS and networks works
• Committed and enthusiastic to exceed customer expectations

• Quick learner, tech-savvy
• Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 verbal & written

Additional Position Details:

• This is a unique position, which will require, above and beyond the technical background, a highly trusted person:
• Must be a Singaporean citizen
• No criminal history
• Candidates are required to have G50 security clearance or the ability to get one.
