JOB OVERVIEW The Digital Marketing and ABM Manager will be pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives, with a special focus on identifying and targeting specific high-value brands in the B2B eCommerce industry. This role entails developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies to engage and convert these targeted brand accounts. THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement ABM strategies that specifically target high-value brands within the B2B eCommerce sector, identifying key decision-makers and influencers within these organizations.
  • Design and manage a content strategy that includes a variety of formats such as informative blogs, in-depth whitepapers, engaging infographics, and compelling case studies, tailored to attract and engage prospects at different stages of the funnel.
  • Utilize email marketing, social media, SEO, and SEM to disseminate content effectively and maintain continuous engagement with prospects.
  • Oversee the lead nurturing process, ensuring that digital content is strategically deployed to move leads from awareness to consideration and decision stages.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align digital marketing content with the specific needs and interests of targeted accounts, enhancing the effectiveness of ABM efforts.
  • Analyze the performance of content across various channels, refining strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of targeted marketing initiatives, using analytics and KPIs to assess performance and refine strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing and digital strategies to ensure our approach remains cutting-edge and resonates with B2B eCommerce clients.
  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of content in nurturing leads, using metrics such as engagement rates, lead progression rates, and conversion statistics.
THE REQUIREMENTS
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and ABM, with a strong focus on lead nurturing and content strategy in the B2B eCommerce space.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing content that effectively engages and progresses leads within the sales funnel.
  • Strong understanding of brand dynamics within the B2B eCommerce sector and how to effectively engage them through digital marketing and ABM.
  • Familiarity with various content formats and digital marketing channels, and how they can be leveraged for effective lead nurturing.
  • Proficient in marketing and sales software like Hubspot, Salesforce, and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure content effectiveness and lead nurturing success
PERFORMANCE METRICS
  • Success will be measured by the effectiveness of targeting and engaging brand accounts, evaluated through brand-specific campaign performance metrics, lead conversion rates, and overall impact on sales.
