Position Summary: You will work with the Life Sciences segment team to promote solutions and growth by demonstrating the value proposition of our solutions. Assist the Life Sciences team with day-to-day marketing requirements and key projects to support key growth drivers. Innovate, build, and merge digital platforms and content, build branding for BD Singapore.

Job Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan, lead and execute all web-related content, email marketing campaigns, social media content using a combination of platforms such as Knak and Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
  • Create SFDC Campaigns to capture and monitor leads / opportunities conversion from omnichannels.
  • Manage BD Life Sciences websites, e-catalogs and ensure content is up-to-date.
  • Explore and use Automation tools such as PowerAutomate to streamline reporting analytics and combine different platforms (SFDC, ZPInsider, ServiceMax, Marketing Calendars) into one seamless process
  • Adopt and develop new tools such as Zendesk, Adobe Experience, and Knak Studio and assimilate tools into working culture for the team
  • Weekly analytics for sales and marketing team reporting
  • Planning & execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness.
  • Execution, monitoring and reporting of marketing activities
  • Assist in the organization of webinars and the other digital platforms including managing EDMs and newsletters
  • Manage and regularly launch Ad programs in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other avenues
  • Work with external partners and advertising agents
Maintenance and Administration of Marketing Content and Activities
  • Management of marketing calendar and professional education programs
  • Creation and editing of marketing collaterals and ensuring adequate supply of collaterals
  • Assist in the creation, VeevaVault submission and supply of promotional materials (brochures, catalogues, flyers, presentations)
  • Creating and editing of existing and new materials, using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign as necessary, work with applications team for technical content and copy writing
  • Ensure all marketing tools (BD Library, ShowPad, SharePoint) are up to date, monitor usage and conduct onboarding training for all new associates.
  • Manage website central mailbox and consistently route new leads to sales and applications team to follow up
  • Use of Interactions Hub to manage approvals for conferences, events, HCP engagements and other activities
  • SFDC Administrator for SG.
  • Work with Data analyst to track SFDC Usage
  • Monitor and support SAL to ensure SFDC is used by Sales, Marketing and Apps
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Ad-Hoc support for Service Administration for Integrated Diagnostics Systems, as a backup
  • Streamline and generate quotations for service contracts and ad-hoc servicing & spares, especially new customer/contract
  • Liaising with Zuellig Pharma to ensure correct and timely service contract billing.
  • Follow up on billing of customers for services provided
  • Follow up with Customer Service on mode of payment – whether via service contracts or ad-hoc basis
  • Liaise with CTC/ Finance on successful installation of instruments – for invoicing/revenue recognition.
  • Create parts/service quotation, generate invoice and DO to customer. (for expensed out parts in FSE van stock)
  • Support Sales / Service to arrange instrument delivery for demo or exhibition locally and overseas event
  • Request vendor quotation and arrange calibration tools for re-cal service (SG) and update in SMX
  • Liaise with relevant department (RDC) for self pickup or arrange gogo van delivery for urgent pickup
  • Check status of parts delivery
  • Arranging sending back of parts for warranty claim
  • Create case and WO
Our Requirements:
  • Degree in Digital Marketing related and/or experience in Digital Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Digital Marketing Experience is favourable
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and strategy: able to piece together disparate or siloed marketing campaigns or material into one streamlined direction.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing platforms, especially in terms of medical and/or life sciences engagement is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.
  • Good knowledge on UI/ UX, able to analyse website performance.
  • Confidence in video editing/production to increase content effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Google Analytics
