Job Description
- Strategic Campaign Management & Member Engagement
- Execute projects, , campaigns and administrative requirements of various thematic and tactical Digital Marketing plans to improve member engagement, increase referral traffic and drive conversions across all digital platforms for APAC region
- Conceptualize brand-building narratives and data-driven engagement journeys to implement cross-platform demand generation campaigns in form of social content buckets, influencer outreach, user-generated stories, trend jacking, gamification and other new multimedia opportunities such as stories, video and live content
- Build and maintain social media content calendar for APAC region and ensure effective internal communication of operational procedures to key stakeholders
- Oversee maintenance and updates to social media pages including branded copy, cover images, logos and profile images
- Oversee maintenance and updates to website pages including branded copy, cover images, logos and profile images
- Lead the process to Draft the creative brief together with the Regional Marketing Team and/or agencies to produce branded content and liaise with project leads, customer care, regional teams and partner agencies for timely cascade of campaign calendars, approval of campaigns and delivery of optimizations
