Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies and ensure marketing goals are met Monitoring and tracking marketing budgets, including expenditures, return-on-investment Administering and maintaining company's website To deliver weekly and monthly reports - Analyze reports to determine the efficacy of campaign Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn and etc) Optimise all assigned campaigns in the form of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager campaigns Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendorsRequirements: Diploma/Degree in Communication / Marketing / Business or equivalent 2-3 year working experience is an advantage but not a must Preferred knowledge or skills: Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Paid Advertising and CRM System Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Analytics, WebTrends etc. Good knowledge of web creation tools/platform (e.g. Adobe Suite, WordPress, Umbraco, HTML etc.) Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Skills and experience in creative content writing Analytical mindset and critical thinking
