Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.Specific ReposibilitiesPlan, oversee and execute overall campaign calendar across all main touch points, in particular: Campaigns, Newsletters, Social Media, Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, PR, Retail store marketing initiatives, Events and activation. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Create and conceptualize retail and digital campaigns to attain monthly targets and key campaign objectives Constantly improve framework, tools, and processes for marketing to enable better and more efficient workflow Conduct weekly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and develop improvements/action points for future campaigns Initiate and create a strong support ecosystem to ensure that there's always: a) clear communication, b) heads-up & preparation, c) feedback & sharing Manage partners and local vendors i.e. suppliers, bank/brand/channel partners, local agencies etc. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateCompetencies1. To learn current marketing tools and strategies and where to source for ideas 2. Digital marketing executive will learn to work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. 3.
