JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Learning On-The-Job on how to plan, design, execute, manage and
evaluate the entire Digital Marketing Campaigns on Social Media Platforms
such as FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING.
2. Meeting up clients or potential clients in views to clinch Digital Marketing
deals for the Company.
3. Research on client’s internal service processes, client’s direct and indirect
competitors and also client’s Industry Marketing practices.
4. Understanding and formulating Client’s Customer Avatars based on the
client’s input.
5. Coordinating and managing the different vendors to create and
consolidate the necessary Marketing materials such as advertising
images, short promo videos, advertising copywriting etc.
6. Setting up client’s Facebook, Instagram and Google SEM.
7. Run the Ads and conduct Split-Testing on the Ad Campaigns.
8. Prepare, execute, manage and optimise Digital Marketing Campaigns.
9. In-depth analysis of the Ad Campaign of what works and also necessary
suggestions for improvement of the Campaign.
10.Generating the client’s Digital Marketing Ad Campaigns Report.
11.Manage clients Campaign timeline and ensuring all the deadlines are
adhered to between the clients, the vendors and also internally.
12.To assist the Directors on occasional Company’s special projects.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Excellent attitude and hunger to learn and accept feedbacks.
2. Ability to read and write English and Chinese language.
3. Good communication skills between internal stakeholders and customers.
4. Understand and know how to operate on the different Social Media
Platforms.
5. Ability to use Digital Marketing Ad Campaigns Performance Tracking
softwares.
6. Degree / Diploma Fresh Graduates
