This position reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager and interfaces with managers and staffs. Active participation in online sales & marketing and product planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes2. How to engage platform providers, colleagues and management professionally3. Gain experience with various online system, eg. E-commerce, social mediaJob responsibilities: 1. Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.2. Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.3. Create content for marketing and social media posts, etc4. Manage and lead projects from conceptualization to execution stage independently (for videography & photography)5. Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.6. Responsible for doing designs related stuff such as feed post graphics, name cards, packaging boxes, videos, etc7. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns and company sales event8. Generate reports for social media analytics, plan for the marketing and event budgets
