The Position As a member of our Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing strategy, planning, and optimising digital marketing initiatives across all Pangdemonium-owned digital channels. This includes social media, email marketing, and the company website. This role is responsible for measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, building channel share, and increasing the engagement and conversion of our social media followers. The position will report to the Marketing Manager and General Manager. Job Responsibilities Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop strategies and tactics to market the Pangdemonium brand and drive offline and online traffic. Support the Marketing Manager in implementing, ideating, and executing successful online marketing campaigns across all Pangdemonium-owned digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website. Oversee all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and online advertising campaigns. Work with social media agencies to monitor campaign performance and analytics dashboards, and synthesise key metrics and audience behaviour trends to derive actionable insights. Provide the Marketing Manager and management with post-campaign insights, debriefs, analysis, and ROI for each campaign. Write clear, compelling copy that best embodies the Pangdemonium brand. This applies to all marketing channels that attract our target audience groups. Work closely with the Artistic Directors, Marketing Manager, and Graphic Designer to conceptualise video and graphic assets used to drive online marketing campaigns. Additional duties as assigned/required. Skills and Qualifications Singaporeans and PRs only Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing online marketing plans and campaigns Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Photoshop Basic photography, filming, photo and video editing skills Ability to work regular office hours in addition to nights, weekends and occasional holidays Interest in theatre and the ARTS
