Produces contents for blogs and articles on our websites Handle, scout and liaise with influencers with their bookings Garner User Generated Content by working with influencers and KOLs Work closely with Video team to create storyboards for videos involving influencers and KOLs Assist with events for customers and drive promotional awareness for internal Marketing Assist in conceptualizing and overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and launches. Manage the production of marketing collaterals and liaise with external vendors for quotation availability, negotiate and ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate with internal teams to create content to drive marketing efforts and sales. Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on social media platforms and online sites. Creating brochures and other printed materials and/or collateral to supplement digital content. Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc. Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media. Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions. Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy. Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display). Excellent proficiency in Chinese for content creation and social media management across Chinese social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat and other relevant platforms. Kickstart and manage the brand's presence on Chinese social media platforms such as Weibo, Xiaohongshu, WeChat and other relevant platforms Generate highly engaging social media topics and content that can amplify the key brand messages and reinforce the brand image by working with both internal and external teams to generate leads from the platforms Initiate and manage creative marketing campaigns with full ownership across different social media platforms Management of Xiaohongshu influencers and influencers' content generation Knowledge of the YouTube ecosystem, short-form-video, digital trends, culture, and the creator community. Develop, implement and execute social media strategies and ad creation for the Youtube platform for lead generation Grow and engage Youtube subscribers Stay up-to-date with current technology and trends in the social media, design tools, and applications Work with the post production team to own the editorial calendar, create content pillars, and be the hands-on expert with publishing and analytics tools to make strategic content recommendation, based on performance Work with the post production team to conceptualize and produce high quality creative content and compelling videos for Youtube, ensuring high engagement rate for every videos Respond to comments, follow and comments on relevant posts from youtubers / streamers Monitor trends and competitors to improve marketing campaigns Assist to oversee all company social media account management and manage all social media channels and platforms Create social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, devising campaign tactics and implementation schedules Build and maintain a brand community by proactively engaging with audiences across platforms. Build social advertising for digital platforms. Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their communities (Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) and how they can be deployed in various initiatives Generate monthly reporting on activity, engagement, influencers and follower growth on social media accounts Explore new channels, features, and objectives, from activations on platforms like Twitter Spaces, Clubhouse, to using newsjacking and proactive social media engagement to get viral attention for our brand Manage and maintain the company's owned media including websites, social media platforms, mobile apps, and email/CRM software. Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms. Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions. Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans. Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team. Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
