Job Description


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, as well as monitoring and analyzing their success. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media and a strong understanding of social media platforms, including their best practices and the latest trends. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns that align with the company\'s marketing goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain the company\'s social media accounts and profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement and traffic
  • Analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales executive, graphic designers and product managers, to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging platforms
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimizing for maximum ROI
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers/ambassadors and partners to expand the company\'s reach and engagement as well as managing their monthly orders and campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Min Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with the target audience
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, and their best practices
  • Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, mailchimp, Meta Business Suite
  • Knowledge in operating Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro would be advantageous.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to interact with customers in a professional and timely manner.
