Principle Objectives:

• Create marketing and PR campaigns across various channels, build out and implementation proposal for growth and expansion
• Plan and execute daily digital content calendar which includes paid promotions ads and paid KOLs campaign.
• Oversee marketing budgets and performance objectives and report on key metrics.
• Analyse, identify and take action on opportunities and gaps, especially low-hanging fruits.
• Kickstart strategic partnerships with other brands / distribution partners
• Grow and manage relationships with Marketplace partners
• Actively sourcing and new PR leads and emailing international publications.
  
  

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience as marketing/ advertising/business development/project manager/consultant
• Past experience in e-commerce/ marketplace is preferrable
• Must possess proactive strategic and critical thinking skills and the ability to take initiative, anticipate next steps and offer recommendations.
• Trend-spotter and in tune with evolving consumer and market shifts. Forward-thinking.
• Should demonstrate a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
• High analytical, numerate and proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Superb business acumen and strong critical thinking skills.
• Analytical with good ability to make sensible judgement calls with quantitative and qualitative information.
