A member of the Singapore Digital Banking team, reporting to Singapore MarTech Country Lead, your primary objective is to drive business outcomes digitally, via MarTech solutions.
Create roadmap and oversee implementation of MarTech solutions for country business.
Define and own the process of how these MarTech tools are used by country stakeholders.
Drive usage of MarTech tools and assess feasibility / suitability of use cases.
Implement tracking of MarTech-enabled Campaigns & Communications efficacy, and drive performance optimization.
Keep updated on latest MarTech & AdTech trends and bring in best practices.
Regulatory & Business Conduct

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

5+ years of experience in MarTech / AdTech / Campaign Personalization / Banking
Experience in implementing MarTech (Adobe Experience Cloud suite, Pega, Appsflyer, etc..) platforms to work well within a stack, advocating usage, & creating value out of use cases.
Experience managing stakeholders across cross-functional and cross-region teams
Be accountable, able to manage ambiguity, and able to lead, not necessarily with authority.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, visual) and influencing skills.
