SK-II is a billion dollar prestige brand of P&G. As part of its marketing team, you will pioneer ground-breaking Media and Ad-Tech solutions for a set of global & whitespace markets, increasing cross functional and multi-industry expertise and relations and a dedicated team focused on pushing boundaries continuously. As SK-II Digital Media Manager, you will drive the media-led transformation of driving new users and focus on phenomenal consumer experience in all ATL and BTL media, single-mindedly. With near 100% investment behind digital media, this requires both strategic and operational knowledge of key media channels \xe2\x80\x93 programmatic, performance marketing, video story-telling and social commerce, DTC & website optimization. With most business uplift supplied by media, this is a core brand function role that is well coordinated in to the end-to-end marketing!

Your Team

You will be part of the Global SK-II headquarters based in Singapore and report to the Global SK-II Media Leader. You will work very closely with internal Design, Research, Market and Commercial teams, as well as external vendors and agencies to deliver results

You will work cross-functionally across the entire SK-II World-side organization to ensure seamless coordination and execution of digital media programs



Responsible for strategic and operations planning and buying of all ATL and BTL media channels used to deliver brands\' communication and advertising. Designs and owns media strategy and drumbeats across KBDs, e-Commerce, Offline traffic and conversions, One Search, DTC using the data, technology and analytics. Ensures brand\'s advertising reaches and develops prestige category buyers

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of shown experience from preferably Advertiser/ Brand side OR Market Ad tech space OR media agency OR Direct to consumer business
  • Hands-on experience on planning campaigns & analyzing results across key digital pillars \xe2\x80\x93 search, social, video, programmatic, website, Be-spoke, influencers
  • Strong analytical ability to develop data driven media strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to lead change and drive innovation
  • High Collaboration skills internally and externally across region and functions
  • Excellent digital media (Social, Search, TikTok, Video, Programmatic, Performance, E-Media, Website, DTC etc) skills
