The Role Responsibilities
The Director, CABM Change Management, will apply their knowledge and expertise to help unlock the unique potential of our Corporate Affairs Brand and Marketing people and drive business change globally.

Strategy

  • Be a focal point in identifying and building CABM people capabilities.
  • Drive and embed CABM's strategic agenda - transforming ways of working and building a world a class team.
  • Support CABM colleagues in transforming their ways of working through experimentation.
  • Break down silos and design change interventions that increase collaboration through thoughtful Target Operating Design and Implementation.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, improve interactions and foster a positive and inclusive learning culture.
  • Contribute to the overall change management culture and strategy of CABM.
  • Provide support to the Head, CABM Change Management to plan and deliver impactful business change across the CABM function.
Business
  • Design and execute change management interventions to build people capability and business outcomes.
  • Identify near and longer-term capabilities to develop (aligned to business strategy).
  • Design and deliver engaging, quality and targeted solutions to 'close the gap'.
  • Leverage data to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Support organisational design.
Processes
  • Identify opportunities to experiment with New Ways of Working improvements and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide operational support to the Transformation Office including the preparation of key materials and tracking of milestones.
  • Track, plan and measure change impact.
People and Talent
  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.
  • Collaborate closely with other CABM COO team members, partners and stakeholders.
Risk Management
  • Ensure any audit and compliance issues are identified and escalated in a timely manner.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, HR or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years in a Change Planning , Strategy Consulting and Strategy Planning.
  • Exposure or experience working in an agile working environment - preferably in a role driving agile adoption.
  • Experienced designing and implementing Target Operating Model changes.
  • Complex change planning and execution experience.
  • Design prototyping and experimentation.
  • Data literacy

Skills
  • Ability to assess and analyse people capabilities.
