As a key member of the Global Strategic Alliances team, the Commercial Director will help drive commercial discipline in our key strategic partnerships, including assessing value drivers, structuring profitable programs with partners and reviewing performance. Working with leaders across all regions and service divisions in the organization as well as with our partners, the main objective of the Commercial Director is to increase long-term profitability of the company. Working at NTT Analysis Specifies and applies appropriate analytical techniques to assess profitability of programs offered by various vendor partners. Builds commercial models that incorporate various drivers of our profit, including services, software, and subscriptions. Identifies areas of profitability improvement for NTT for services and software programs with partners. Provides recommendations based on commercial assessment, which serve as input for negotiations with partners Negotiations Supports program structuring and negotiation strategy with partners. Work with global teams (Service Divisions, Regions) to determine profitable commercial constructs for NTT. Leads discussions and negotiations with working level peers within Partner organizations to structure commercial constructs that are aligned to NTT’s profit drivers. Uses fact-based approach to negotiations to craft programs that are profitable to NTT Execution Oversees and measures the fulfilment of contractual obligations. Creates insightful dashboards to help teams visualize and manage partner programs, including services and software. Uses key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and challenge performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Develops strategies to address under-performance and compliance failures, including application of contract terms. Identifies where changes are required, evaluates the impact, and advises stakeholders about the implications and consequences for the business. What will make you a good fit for the role?
