Overview:

As The Executive Director, Commercial Strategy Realization & Operations (CSRO) for Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of commercial strategy realization and operations in the region and ensuring alignment with the Global and HH International strategies.

As the AP CSRO, you will be a member of the Asia Pacific Human Health Leadership Team and specifically support the region\'s growth objectives by driving excellence in the execution of our commercial strategies and the continued strengthening of commercial capabilities at the regional and market levels. You will serve as the central coordinator of the Asia Pacific regions\' leadership governance forums and the center of cross-functional / cross-divisional initiatives.

What will you do:

Commercial and Enterprise Strategy Realization: Oversight of globally and regionally sponsored initiatives ensuring cross-functional alignment and delivery in line with intent, on time and within budget.

Regional Commercial Operations Leadership: Lead regional commercial operations teams ensuring aligned focus for markets and sub-functions on executing the commercial strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth.

Business Practices and Risk Assessment: Ensure regional and market-level business practice standards and delivery align with our company\'s values and standards in daily execution through governance, capability enhancement, simplification, and measurement.

Alliance / Commercial Trade Channel Management: Represent the company to third-party business development and distribution partners. Drive growth through sharing best practices and implementing commercial optimization strategies in partnership with markets and the International Commercial Trade Channels organization.

Digital Channels: Enhance commercial digital capabilities and new capability deployment. Support centralized activation models to drive campaign efficiencies in the market, and roll out new global capabilities (NBX / omnichannel, etc.).

Marketing & Sales Force Excellence: Collaborating with market leadership and global COEs to assess commercial capability needs and gaps and then develop plans to upgrade/upskill those capabilities by leveraging above-market resources.

Analytics, Data, and Market Research: Support markets to develop and embed hypothesis-first decision-making leveraging data-supported data tools and market insights.

Key Account Management: Collaborating with global centers of excellence ensures the ongoing development of capabilities within markets to assess and engage with strategic and key accounts.

Commercial Supply Process Management: Develop and implement value chain strategies that target prioritized growth opportunities.

Learning and Development: In alignment with the global L&D plan, develop and deliver people development programs that address identified gaps between our current capability set and those anticipated to strengthen our commercial execution.

Talent Development: Maintain/build a team of high-potential talent and actively coach them to ensure an aligned focus of activities and challenging on-the-job learning. Build & support talent development across the region and ensure succession planning for critical commercial & marketing functions (locally & regionally).
