Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities1. Manage, grow and foster Custodio's Cyber R&D team.2. Lead the company's technological vision and roadmap, including novel research activities and projects.3. Update and implement R&D methodologies, approaches and tools.4. Prepare proposals for new R&D projects.5. Manage risks, deliverables, and reporting to stakeholders/sponsors for R&D projects.6. Support the commercialization process of R&D project results into solution and products.7. Support marketing and presales efforts, including:a. Participate in the process of answering tenders/PFIs/RFPs/unsolicited proposals with a focus on the technical chapters, architectural and design approaches, discussion with partners, etc.b. Development and maintenance of proofs of concept (PoC) and demonstrators.c. Participate in the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, product descriptions and presentations.Desired Skills and Experience: Familiar with cyber threats, malwares, APTs, exploits and vulnerabilities (computer as well as mobile platforms) Knowledge and basic proven experience in the followingo Cyber incident handlingo Network and computer forensico Good understanding of attack lifecycle & how the adversaries operates - e.g. MITRE ATTACK frameworko COTS security products solutions implementationo Designing well-architected cyber solutiono Coding best practices and standardso Risk assessment and management (advantage)o Programing capabilities (advantage)o Participate in a real-time evaluating of security products/solutions (advantage)o Penetration testing (advantage)o Vulnerability research (advantage) Free, original and critical thinker who can identify technological gaps Excellent researching and analysis capabilities Team player, able to work in a multidisciplinary team Self-confident, Self-learning and independent Passionate and be able to do self-learning of new technologies and new business requirements Excellent communication skills Understanding of Agile methodologies. Operational experience in cyber security environment is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer engineering/science preferred.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $13,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
